How long does Umrah visa processing take?
Typically 2–3 working days. During Ramadan or peak season, it can take longer because a large number of applications are submitted at once.
What is Saudi Visa Bio, and do I need it?
It’s the official Saudi app for biometric registration — required for Bangladeshi Umrah applicants. We’ll guide you through it, or complete it with you in person if you’re not comfortable doing it alone.
Can I apply before I've booked a hotel or flight?
The Saudi system requires hotel and flight confirmation as part of the application. Since we own our hotels in Makkah and Madinah, we can issue that confirmation immediately, so this isn’t a delay on our end.
Can women travel without a mahram?
Women under 45 must travel with a mahram. Women over 45 may travel in an approved group with the right documentation — ask us and we’ll confirm what’s needed for your case.
What happens if my application is delayed or rejected?
Rejections are rare when all documents are correct. If it happens, we review the reason with you and help you correct and resubmit where possible.
Can I book only the visa, without hotel or transport?
Yes. Visa processing is available on its own. Many customers also add our transport or hotel service at the same time for convenience — ask about the Visa + Transport combo.
